The Powered Apps teams consist of technology professionals who deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized model, ensuring professional client delivery. They apply their functional expertise (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and cloud application knowledge (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Coupa) to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet increasing demand for our market-leading services and seek IT management consultants with relevant experience.

What will you be doing?

• Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups
• Providing well-thought-out solutions to moderately complex problems
• Managing end-to-end delivery of smaller workstreams, including offshore teams, in Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes
• Leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for successful deployment
• Developing end-to-end solutions combining industry best practices and product opportunities

What will you need to do it?

• Certification in Workday Core HCM module
• Experience as a Consultant in functional and/or technical roles on at least one Workday HR/HCM module implementation
• Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, specifications, process flows, etc.)
• Experience working effectively with client functional teams
• Responsibility for delivering workstreams, leading offshore teams, and ensuring successful deployment
• Awareness of delivery methodologies, approaches, and industry trends

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Experience with other Workday HCM packages (Learning, Payroll, Absence, Talent)
• Workday certifications in additional modules
• Mentoring experience with graduates or trainees
