The role

We are expanding our European Workday team in the UK and are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant specializing in Time & Absence. Join a high-performance organization working with industry-leading clients to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in Workday modules: Business Process, Configurations, Time Off, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.
• Lead Workday implementation workstreams, make decisions, and recommend best practices.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementations.
• Develop Workday service offerings.
• Coordinate with offshore consultants.
• Support architecture, scoping, implementation, and post-production phases.
• Identify and assist with data migration from legacy systems.
• Configure Workday according to client needs.
• Test business processes and configurations.
• Create customer-specific training and documentation.
• Work independently, report to the Engagement Manager, and manage deliverable schedules.
• Contribute to business development by presenting solutions to prospects.

Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification, with strong experience in security and architecture.
• Additional certifications in Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent Optimization, or Time Tracking preferred.
• Experience in at least one full Workday implementation project.
• Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with HR data migration and integrations.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Project Management skills or experience.
