The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, using their functional knowledge in Finance, HR, Procurement, and expertise in cloud applications like Workday, Oracle, and Coupa to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups
• Providing solutions to moderately complex problems
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of smaller workstreams, managing offshore teams in Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes
• Leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for successful deployment
• Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding product opportunities

What will you need to do it?

• Certification in Workday Core HCM module
• Experience as a Consultant in a functional and/or technical role on at least one Workday HR/HCM cloud platform implementation
• Experience producing project deliverables like requirements, specifications, process flows, use cases, traceability matrices
• Effective collaboration with client functional teams
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, leading offshore design, configuration, and testing
• Awareness of delivery methodologies, approaches, and industry trends

Skills we'd love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Experience with other Workday HCM packages (Learning, Payroll, Absence, Talent)
• Workday Certification in additional modules
• Mentoring experience with graduates or trainees
