Job summary

Arriva is seeking a Workday Analyst - HCM to join our hybrid Workday Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Sunderland or London with three days in the office each week. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to HR and stakeholders, translating requirements into effective Workday solutions in HCM, Recruiting and Reporting.

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience in a post-go-live environment.
• Experience supporting and optimising Workday processes and functionality.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver Workday solutions.
• Act as SME for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Reporting, advising on functionality and best practice.
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards to provide meaningful people insights.
• Support testing activities for Workday updates and new functionality.
