Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation and Absence Analyst to join the AMS team. You will configure and maintain Workday modules, support business users, and drive improvements across HR and Reward processes.

The role involves collaborating with HR, Payroll and IT, delivering tested changes, and supporting Workday releases while maintaining documentation and data quality. Hybrid role with one day weekly in Milton Keynes office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or configuring Workday HCM, Compensation, and/or Absence.
• Knowledge of Workday business processes, configuration, and testing principles.
• Experience working with HR/Reward stakeholders to support requirements.
• Experience investigating and resolving Workday support issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration and support for Workday HCM, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Support administration of absence plans, accruals, carry-over rules and related processes.
• Assist with compensation review processes, annual salary reviews, merit cycles and bonus planning.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating HR/Reward needs into Workday solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday issues; escalate when needed.
• Support testing for enhancements, releases, and changes; participate in UAT.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, Payroll, IT and third-party partners to drive improvements.
