Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Solution Consultant for Kainos Employee Document Management (EDM) to drive new business with Workday customers. You will partner with Account Executives to articulate EDM value, guide discovery, and demonstrate business outcomes within a Workday-centric context.

Purely presales and revenue-aligned, the role centers on discovery, solution alignment, and ROI storytelling across HR, Legal, IT, and operations. Strong Workday experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 25 years of presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience in SaaS sales cycles.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; alternative HRIS/enterprise platforms acceptable.
• Ability to lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence deals end-to-end.
• Experience engaging both business stakeholders (HR, HR Ops, Legal) and technical audiences.
• Fluency in German would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities within existing and prospective Workday customer accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations focused on document management, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how EDM extends Workday for document management, e-signature, and compliance workflows.
• Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes for HR, Legal, IT stakeholders.
• Position EDM as a native Workday extension, not a disconnected document solution.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and workshops with Workday-aligned messaging.
