Responsibilities

• Lead complex Core HCM configuration and platform evolution.
• Design and implement Workday BP workflows (Hire, Transfer, Promote, Terminate).
• Define security policies and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT to ensure data integrity across the platform.
• Guide analysts in solution design and configuration and maintain platform standards.
