Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and evolution of Workday HCM within the global People Technology platform.

You will own Core HCM configuration, security, reporting, and end-to-end Workday delivery, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and scalable solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including significant hands-on Workday.
• Ability to translate policy and business requirements into scalable HCM configurations.
• Experience in security, payroll integration, and reporting within Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Core HCM configuration and platform evolution.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday HCM initiatives end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership across workstreams and mentor analysts.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with global policies and regulatory needs.
