Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and ongoing evolution of Workday HCM within the global People Technology platform. You will serve as a senior technical authority, shaping Core HCM design, security, and reporting while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end Workday initiatives, translate complex policies into scalable configurations, and mentor analysts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including significant hands-on experience with Workday.
• Hands-on experience developing Workday reports and Workday Security configuration.
• Experience working across multiple Workday domains and understanding cross-domain dependencies.
• Experience leading complex Workday Core HCM configuration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional and technical lead for the Workday Core HCM domain and platform evolution.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Workday HCM initiatives, including design, build, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Translate complex business rules into scalable Workday configurations and security policies.
• Provide technical leadership across workstreams and mentor analysts in solution design and delivery.
• Ensure data integrity and cross-domain alignment with payroll and downstream systems.
