Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior People Technology Analyst to lead the global Workday Core HCM configuration and platform evolution. You will own complex HCM design, including security, business processes and reporting, partnering with HR, Payroll and IT to optimize employee lifecycles and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including significant hands-on Workday experience.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Core HCM solutions, eligibility rules, calculated fields and business processes.
• Ability to own and lead complex configuration domains with scalable patterns.
• Strong understanding of global HCM processes across regions and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and ongoing evolution of Workday Core HCM across a global platform.
• Own technical authority for Core HCM design decisions, balancing business needs and system capabilities.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into scalable Workday configurations and business processes.
• Develop Workday reports and security configurations; oversee data integrity across HCM configurations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across workstreams and mentor analysts in solution design.
