Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Consultant to join a team delivering cloud-based HR solutions and rapid deployments. You will collaborate with clients on leading practices in core HCM, host workshops, and work across diverse teams worldwide.

Partial travel to client sites is expected; opportunities for AI-driven delivery and ongoing learning are emphasized within a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed and manage teams and client interactions.

As a Workday Core HCM Consultant:

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English

Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:

Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across how we deliver Workday, and you'll work with it from the start. As a Workday Core HCM Consultant you will have the opportunity to:

• Use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to work smarter across configuration, testing and documentation
• Get hands-on with Workday's built-in AI and machine-learning features that support HCM processes
• Bring AI-driven ideas to your project teams and clients

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
• Up to date Workday HCM certification
• Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
• Intermediate professional Workday experience
• Up to date Workday certifications
