As part of the UK & Ireland Managed Services team, you’ll provide expert support to a diverse client base, delivering high-quality SAP HCM solutions. This role involves hands-on configuration, issue resolution, documentation, and customer engagement — making it ideal for a driven, solution-focused consultant eager to add value from day one.
Deliver expert support across SAP HCM modules (Payroll, PA, OM, TM, ESS/MSS, T&E)
Investigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally
Provide clear, high-quality documentation and configuration work
Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and deliver change
Manage your own workload, adhering to SLAs and maintaining compliance with legal regulations
Mentor junior consultants and support the development of internal capabilities
Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the team
5+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong configuration knowledge
Deep understanding of UK and/or Irish payroll legislation
Experience in client support environments, ideally within Managed Services
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Commercial awareness and ability to deliver within budget and scope
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation best practices
Desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
