Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology who is looking to deepen their expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients.
- Gather and document business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Design, build, and test Adaptive Planning models including sheets, dashboards, and reports.
- Partner with client finance and FP&A teams to streamline and automate planning workflows.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to client users post-implementation.
- Collaborate with internal Workday and finance transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development within the Adaptive team.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation or client‑side configuration).
- Minimum 5 years of finance or FP&A experience, ideally in roles involving budgeting, forecasting, or financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data structures.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Workday HCM or Financials integration.
- Consulting or client‑facing implementation experience.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and planning system architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (highly desirable)
- Experience with Workday HCM or Financials integration.
