SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced Adaptive Planning professional to lead Workday projects across the UK, combining hands-on model development with client delivery and advisory. You will own engagements from discovery to deployment, while contributing to pre-sales and practice development.

The role requires hands-on solution design, complex modelling, and effective workshops with CFOs and senior finance leaders. Hybrid UK work arrangement offered.

Competenze

• Strong commercial experience delivering and developing solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proven expertise building and configuring Adaptive Planning models in complex environments.
• Experience leading workshops and translating requirements into Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Advanced understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Ability to design robust planning architectures to support changing business needs.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication skills with CFOs and senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning projects for clients across sectors.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and long-range planning.
• Develop scalable Adaptive Planning solutions aligned with client objectives and standards.
• Facilitate workshops with finance and ops to capture requirements and design solutions.
• Configure Adaptive Planning sheets, dimensions, versions, reports, dashboards and workflows.
• Guide clients on process improvements to maximize value from Adaptive Planning.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and deliverables across engagements.
• Review and quality assure work produced by other consultants.
• Support demonstrations, proposals and client meetings with Workday capabilities.
• Contribute to accelerators, templates and demonstration environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and develop technical capability within the team.
