Kainos is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Workday Adaptive Planning consulting team. You’ll help clients plan, forecast, report, and transform how they run finance operations, starting from FP&A to consulting.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and a desire to grow into client-facing consulting with diverse projects across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role.
