Qualifications

• Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent.
• Safeguarding Level 2 qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Aviation industry knowledge would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing work experience and industry placements for students.
• Cultivating new employer and industry contacts while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
• Articulating the benefits of offering work and industry placements to learners and employers.
• Maintaining accurate records through placement software.
