Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a Work Placement Officer for a full-time fixed-term contract ending 31 July 2029. The role focuses on securing and evidencing employment outcomes under funded programmes, with timely, auditable evidence.

You will join a supportive team and work to develop strong relationships with employers, manage learner caseloads, and help learners progress into employment or apprenticeships.

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Work Placement Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31st July 2029. A key focus of the role is to secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes, including 'Good Work' and 'Other Work' outcomes where applicable to the funded programme. The postholder will ensure that outcomes are achieved within the required timescales, meet the relevant employment conditions and are supported by accurate, auditable evidence.
