Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a Work Placement Officer to support and drive key operational functions at a leading London FE provider. • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience managing a learner caseload and supporting individuals into employment or progression

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31 July 2029.

A key focus of the role is to secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes, including 'Good Work' and 'Other Work' outcomes where applicable to the funded programme. The postholder will ensure that outcomes are achieved within the required timescales, meet the relevant employment conditions and are supported by accurate, auditable evidence.

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience of managing a learner caseload and supporting individuals into employment, apprenticeships or sustained progression
