Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Work Placement Officer to secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes for funded programmes. You will support operations, manage timelines and build strong employer relationships to generate work placements, apprenticeships or employment opportunities.

The role is a full-time fixed-term position (ends 31 July 2029) with a dedicated team, a focus on quality student experience, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31 st July 2029.

A key focus of the role is to secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes, including 'Good Work' and 'Other Work' outcomes where applicable to the funded programme. The postholder will ensure that outcomes are achieved within the required timescales, meet the relevant employment conditions and are supported by accurate, auditable evidence.
