Job summary

South Staffordshire College in Cannock is seeking a proactive Work Experience Officer to support learners aged 16-18 with meaningful work placements across the Construction curriculum. You will coordinate placements, ensure documentation and compliance, and visit employers for safety assessments.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to build partnerships with external employers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work experience placements and ensure all documentation and compliance.

  • Act as main point of contact for all work experience enquiries and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records on the College CRM system and guide students throughout placements.
