Capital City College in London is seeking a Work Experience Officer to support learners and drive key operational functions, ensuring students gain relevant placements and career-ready skills.

You will link learners with external organisations, contribute to tutorial materials, and participate in safeguarding and safety training as part of a supportive team focused on inclusive, high-quality learner experiences.

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Work Experience Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, 35 hours per week.

You will act as a key link between the learners and external organisations, identifying industry needs and supporting students to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and experiences for placements and successful careers.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to the continued development of teaching, learning and assessment materials as part of the College's group tutorial scheme.
• Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in-service training as necessary for the successful carrying out of the job.
• Liaise closely with relevant staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders in supporting students identified as being at risk. Engage with stakeholders during open events, parents evenings or prospective student interviews.
• To comply with and promote College Health and Safety policies and procedures and to undertake recommended Health and Safety training as and when necessary.
• Experience in industry engagement, business development, or related.
