We are looking for a Work Experience Administrator who is an excellent communicator, with a keen eye for detail who is proactive and will provide a welcoming, professional and effective service to students and staff ensuring information is recorded and maintained to a high standard.
You will play an active role in maintaining records, arranging and collating paperwork, liaising with students and their parents, curriculum staff and employers to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and reporting any issues.
.To be the first point of contact for students and staff, carrying out an effective triaging process in order to provide appropriate information, identify key issues and ensure that queries are answered or referred appropriately.
To respond to queries via the departmental telephone and email address in a timely manner, answering queries and questions. To contact students to confirm and record attendance at their work experience.

The salary for this position is inclusive of London weighting. Please note that it is Newham College's policy to offer all roles at the entry point of the salary scale advertised. However, based on your qualifications and experience, we may offer a higher starting salary within the specified salary range.
