Qualifications

• Previous sanding, woodworking or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude; good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Sanding wooden drawers and components to a high-quality finish.
• Preparing products for the next stage of manufacturing.
• Inspecting surfaces and identifying imperfections.
• Working efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Handling products safely and carefully.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
• Following all health and safety and quality procedures.
• Supporting other areas of production when required.
