Aspired Talent Ltd is currently seeking a General Operative to join the sanding department of a luxury wooden drawer manufacturer in Northampton. This hands-on role involves sanding and preparing wooden components to a high-quality finish, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

The position is temp-to-perm, based in Northampton (NN4) with shift patterns including potential early or late changes.

General Operative - Sanding Department

Location: Northampton, NN4

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-5:00pm; Friday, 7:30am-2:00pm

Aspired Talent is recruiting for a General Operative to join the sanding department of a luxury wooden drawer manufacturer in Northampton.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role involving the sanding and preparation of wooden components. The work can be physically demanding, repetitive and labour-intensive, so applicants must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to remain focused throughout the shift.

Please note that the current working hours may change to either an early shift of 6:00am-3:00pm or a late shift of 2:30pm-10:30pm. Applicants must be able to accommodate potential shift changes.
