Job summary

Masstemps is recruiting a trainee Wood Machinist to join a busy manufacturing operation on the outskirts of Kidderminster. You’ll load products into machines, operate hand and power tools (including nail gun) and perform wrap/band tasks to keep products moving.

Ideal candidates will be confident in a manufacturing environment, able to lift heavy items, and reliable with good punctuality. The role offers progression after probation and overtime rates.

Qualifications

• Confident with a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift heavy items with no adverse effects.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Able to commute without public transport due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Load product into machines and production lines.
