Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking a compassionate Women’s Safety Officer to join our Spotlight Programme, supporting survivors of domestic abuse while working alongside perpetrators engaged in behaviour change.

In this frontline role you will provide practical and emotional support to women, helping to increase their safety, wellbeing and freedom, and ensuring their voices remain central throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and statutory services for vulnerable adults, children and young people.
• Trauma-informed approach and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for empowering survivors and improving family outcomes.
