Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking a compassionate Women’s Safety Officer to join our Spotlight Programme, supporting survivors of domestic abuse while working alongside perpetrators engaged in behaviour change.

In this frontline role you will provide practical and emotional support to women, helping to increase their safety, wellbeing and freedom, and ensuring their voices remain central throughout the programme.

Job description

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced

Women's Safety Officer to join our established

Spotlight Programme, supporting survivors of domestic abuse while working alongside perpetrators engaged in behaviour change.

This is a rewarding frontline role where you'll provide practical and emotional support to women, helping to increase their safety, wellbeing and freedom while ensuring their voices remain central throughout the programme. Working within our Reach Out domestic abuse service, you'll use a trauma-informed approach and contribute to improving outcomes for women, children and families.

What we offer:

• Salary of £40,182 - £42,060 DOE
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Flexible working arrangements, including time off in lieu for additional hours
• Ongoing specialist training, clinical supervision and professional development
