Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Women’s First Team Chef to deliver nutritionally balanced meals for home and away fixtures. You will coordinate with hotels for away trips and contribute to innovative menu planning that aligns with our nutritional philosophy.

The role involves training-ground kitchen duties at Lancing and regular weekend work with travel for away games. IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 certificates are essential, and prior experience in professional sports is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional sports clubs or with elite athletes.
• Must hold IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates.
• Ability to maintain world-class standards under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Role requires weekend work and extensive travel to away games.

Help fuel our Women’s First Team!

As Women’s First Team Chef, you will deliver high-quality, nutritionally balanced food and beverages for both home and away fixtures. You will liaise with hotels ahead of away matches to ensure all arrangements are in place for providing exceptional meals on the road. You will also play an active role in planning and developing innovative menus that reflect our nutritional philosophy.

Outside of match days, you will contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day kitchen operations at our training ground in Lancing.

About you

We are looking for a chef who has previous experience working within professional sports clubs or with elite athletes. To be successful, you must hold IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates. We need someone who can maintain world-class standards under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

This role will involve working weekends, and extensive travel for away games so the successful candidate must be flexible with their working hours.
