Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Women’s First Team Chef to deliver high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals for home and away fixtures. You will liaise with hotels ahead of away matches to ensure top‑level meals and help plan menus reflecting our nutritional philosophy.

Based at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing, the role involves weekend work and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Chef role requires nutrition-focused cooking at elite sports level.
• Experience in professional sports clubs preferred.
• IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 certificates are essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals for home and away fixtures.
• Liaise with hotels ahead of away matches to arrange meals.
• Plan and develop menus reflecting nutritional philosophy.
• Contribute to day-to-day kitchen operations at the training ground.
• Work weekends and travel for away games.
