Job summary

Acushnet Europe is seeking a Distribution Systems Analyst to support and optimise the Manhattan Active WMS across our EMEA distribution network. The role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with Distribution, IT and Global Systems teams.

You will help install, configure and roll out new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials to drive efficiency and consistency across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS in a distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot applications, integrations and warehouse devices.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments and system enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assist with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Troubleshoot system, device and process issues; coordinate resolutions with IT and operations teams.
• Support system upgrades, testing, deployments and new functionality rollouts.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation and user training materials.
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and enhancements.
• Act as a key point of contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.
