Job summary

Eclipse IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced WMS Functional Analyst to guide customers and staff through the software journey. You will lead pre‑sale to implementation and post‑go‑live training and support, communicating clearly to a range of technical abilities.

The role suits someone with 4+ years in a warehouse environment using a WMS, with a passion for education, strong presentation and communication skills. Hybrid role; Midlands office visits or on‑site as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a warehouse and using a WMS.
• Experience delivering training on complex systems.
• Proven experience delivering high level support to staff or customers.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with new software.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios advantageous.
• Involvement across design, development, review, testing and support stages of implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the implementation of the WMS across the company and customers.
• Provide high-level WMS support and ensure effective training materials.
• Manage projects from inception to implementation with training documentation.
• Collaborate with the business to tailor cost-effective WMS solutions for clients.
