Job summary

Quicktron GmbH is seeking a Lead for intelligent warehouse management system (WMS) implementations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise end-to-end projects from research and design through go-live, coordinating with R&D and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on WMS product experience (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder), strong stakeholder skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying or consulting on a mainstream WMS product.
• Deep domain knowledge in logistics/supply chain industries with best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end WMS implementation projects from research to go-live.
• Liaise with R&D teams to communicate requirements and oversee testing phases.
• Take charge of on-site issue resolution during system integration and go-live to accelerate delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Summarize project experiences and develop internal training materials and case studies.
