Job summary

WMS Functional Analyst role in the Midlands region, blending pre-sale and implementation duties with customer training. The candidate will guide customers with different technical abilities and collaborate on end-to-end WMS deployment and ongoing support.

Hybrid work is available with occasional office/on-site presence. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a warehouse environment using a WMS, strong training and presentation skills, and a passion for educating others while delivering high-level

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse and using a WMS.
• Experience in providing training for others on complex systems.
• Ability to train customers with varying technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the implementation of the WMS across the company and customers (new and existing).
• Provide high-level WMS support to internal staff or external customers.
• Manage projects from inception to implementation, including training documentation.
• Determine optimal, cost-effective WMS solutions for clients.
