GXO Logistics, Inc. in Birmingham is seeking a Warehouse Systems Controller for the Nestle Purina contract at Hams Hall to maintain and manage the warehouse management system and its hardware, supporting operations by resolving system issues to reduce downtime.

The role offers a salary up to £37,948.29 plus night shift allowance of £3,837.60 per year, 25 days annual leave, pension, life assurance and access to our benefits platform with discounts.

Formación

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Ability to analyse system data and devise practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
• Willingness to resolve IT issues to minimise downtime.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site systems run efficiently and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate interfaces between WMS and customer ERP systems.
• Update location sequences to support new season inventory integrations.
• Carry out security backups of hardware and software.
• Assist in crisis situations involving complex hardware or software problems.
