Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join the Nestle Purina D2C operation at Hams Hall. You will prepare orders for dispatch across the UK, operating FLT and supporting safe, accurate warehouse processes.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, or 22:00–06:00 across 5 out of 7 days, plus a salary of £27,358.05 and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing products for dispatch to customers across the UK
• Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to move stock and support warehouse operations
• Creating promotional materials and completing associated warehouse task
• Supporting warehouse operations while maintaining quality standards

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operation team at Nestle Purina, Hams Hall. You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with opportunities to develop you skills, including forklift truck duties.
