Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Colleague at Coleshill, Hams Hall to support efficient warehouse operations, including order picking, loading and unloading goods, and stock rotation.

The position is full-time on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) across any five of seven days, with competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders.
• Loading/unloading vehicles and completing paperwork.
• Replenishing stock and rotating pallets.
• Completing admin tasks using warehouse management systems.
• Maintaining high accuracy and productivity while following safety guidelines.

We are currently recruiting forWarehouse Colleaguesto join our team atNestle Purina in Coleshill, Hams Hall.You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be workingin Any 5 out of 7 rotating shifts,06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately picking of customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehiclesand completing associated paperwork
• Replenishing stock, including stock rotation and pallet top-ups
• Completingadmin tasksusing warehouse management systems
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasksComplying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience
• MHE experience, including counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT equipment, or the ability to operate safely and efficeintly in a fast-paced environment
• a true team player with a collaborative, "one team" mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
• Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills, combined with a commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining high operational standards
