Job summary

Majestic Wine in Bath is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and run daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will engage customers with product knowledge, manage stock and assist with tastings, adapting to peak periods and maintaining the store's appearance.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a full UK manual licence, and a permanent contract with 30 hours per week. Training and staff benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and KPI delivery.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge service; actively contact customers about products and tastings.
• Know the wine range; support store with product knowledge and selling story.
• Maintain store appearance and handle day-to-day operations and deliveries.
