Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Sales Advisor for Rosetta to deliver outstanding customer service to Winemark customers, assist the Store Manager with sales, security and stock control, and help with promotional set up.

You will identify selling opportunities, maintain store standards, handle cash and administration in line with company policies, and contribute to a friendly, professional team focused on delivering a high quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months' experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to actively sell to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Identify selling opportunities and act on them.
• Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside the store.
• Ensure stock is controlled and merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with promotional setup and comply with cash handling rules.
• Ensure premises are safe and compliant with health and safety and licensing laws.
• Perform other duties relevant to the post.
