Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Dungannon store. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and identify selling opportunities to meet sales targets. Cleanliness, stock control, and adherence to company policies are essential as you support promotions and cash handling duties.

The role requires a few months in retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. A driving license and access to a car are desirable.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months of previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues; written, verbal and listening abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a track record of high-quality service.
• Ability to actively sell to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by delivering excellent service and knowledge of store products.
• Identify selling opportunities and act on them to boost sales.
• Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside the store.
• Ensure stock is controlled and merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with promotional set ups and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Keep premises safe and secure and comply with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Carry out other duties related to the post as required.
