Job summary

Majestic Wine Bangor is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will support day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver a memorable shopping experience for every customer, focusing on KPI targets and brand standards. This 30-hour-per-week role requires evening and weekend work.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential for driving a company van. You will maintain store appearance, stock upkeep, and compliance while developing wine knowledge and pursuing Level 2

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge-style service and keep customers updated on products and tastings.
• Sell the story of our ranges with in-depth product knowledge.
• Develop wine knowledge and pursue Level 2 WSET qualifications.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with policies and training.
• Handle day-to-day tasks including stock movement, deliveries, and outreach to customers.
