Job summary

Majestic Wine in Loughton is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager for a 44-hour week in a busy retail environment. You will be groomed through a 12-month development programme to become a future Store Manager, supporting the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, manage staff, and participate in tasting events while expanding your wine knowledge and pursuing WSET qualifications. Full UK driving licence required and flexibility to travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure and time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and improving KPI performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to grow loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote a VIP concierge experience and actively engage customers with product updates and tastings.
