Milk Beach in Soho, London is seeking an experienced Wine Manager to lead the wine program and push for a Star Wine List award. You will curate a unique Australian-focused list, manage wine operations with full financial responsibility, and host events to showcase Australia’s winemakers.

You will train staff, build strong supplier relationships, and establish Milk Beach as the go-to destination for Australian wine in London.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Wine Manager, Supervisor, or Head Sommelier.
• Strong knowledge of wine service and guest experience.
• Ability to manage wine budgets and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Curate a unique wine list highlighting Australian wines.
• Oversee wine operations with full financial responsibility.
• Host events and tastings to promote Australian wine.
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff in wine service.
