Job summary

Milk Beach Soho in London is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house, be a visible presence during service, and ensure every guest enjoys a premium, personalised experience.

You will plan and brief each shift, coordinate staffing, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service while mentoring the team and driving a positive culture.

• Lead by example as a visible, hands‑on presence throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues confidently and maintain high service standards
• Create a clear plan and briefing for every service
• Ensure effective staffing, section allocation and clear team responsibilities
• Ensure the team has the tools, stock and information needed for smooth service
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
• Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team
• Coach the team through regular feedback, training and development
• Build strong service and product knowledge across the team
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
• Support the GM/AGM with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Assist with staffing, ordering and stock management
• Identify operational issues and take ownership of solutions

COMPENSATION: £42k - £45k per annum (DOE)

LOCATION: James Court, Soho, London

ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Milk Beach Soho leadership team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor – leading the team, maintaining standards, anticipating guests’ needs and solving problems before they impact service. As an integral part of the leadership team, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the restaurant, ensuring every service runs smoothly and our guests and team are well looked after.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Experience & Service
