Appetite4Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for a premium pub and restaurant in the Marlow area. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to run daily operations, supporting the team and ensuring exceptional food and drink standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or as an Assistant/Deputy Manager or Supervisor stepping up.
• Genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality quality.
• Good wine knowledge and enthusiasm to develop.
• WSET Level 1 or 2 would be advantageous, but enthusiasm to learn matters.
