Zusammenfassung

Boutinot Wines is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our finance team at our head office in Cheadle. You will manage supplier invoices, code expenditures, and support month-end processes in a hybrid setup.

You’ll work with the Purchase Ledger Supervisor to ensure accurate payments and up-to-date ledgers, with training provided where needed and opportunities to develop within a dynamic wine trade business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable or finance administration.
• AAT qualification or working towards one is a bonus.
• Good with numbers and able to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Processing and coding supplier invoices, and matching them to purchase orders and deliveries.
• Preparing UK and overseas supplier payment runs.
• Reconciling supplier statements and intercompany accounts.
• Processing staff expenses and company card transactions.
• Keeping the ledger tidy and helping with month-end.
• Answering supplier and colleague queries, including through the shared Finance inbox.
