**Bar Levan Wine Bar Manager**. . Seeking an experienced supervisor / manager to take over the management of Bar Levan, a celebrated natural wine wine bar in Peckham. . . We are lucky enough to be rated amongst the top 10 wine bars in London by Time Out & Conde Nast Traveller amongst others and are looking for someone who can help maintain the quality of offering we aspire to. . . Wine qualifications are preferred but not strictly necessary. However, the right candidate must have extensive wine knowledge and confidence in wine. To be able to speak passionately and informatively about wine to customers. . . The role requires team management, training and organisational skills. There will be opportunity to taste new wines on a regular basis, attend supplier tastings and help in the selection and management of the wine list.
