Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a passionate and skilled Speech & Language Therapist to join an independent specialist day school in Windsor, supporting primary and secondary pupils with complex educational needs.

You will assess, formulate and deliver tailored interventions within a multi-disciplinary team, embedding therapy into educational and residential settings, with supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Have experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
• Be confident in supporting teams around the child to create therapeutic environments.
• Be an effective communicator, trainer, and clinical role model.
• Be highly organised and proactive.
• Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist speech and language therapy to children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, developmental trauma, and SEN.
• Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to personalised care plans.
• Provide therapeutic input within both educational and residential settings.
• Offer guidance and training to staff to ensure clinically informed environments.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teams and families.
• Work collaboratively with a large network of clinical professionals.
