Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join an independent specialist day school in Windsor. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to support young people with complex educational needs and communication challenges.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate individualised intervention plans for children and young people.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated therapeutic support within educational and residential settings.
• Develop and implement strategies to address communication and behavioural difficulties, enhancing the educational experience for our students.
• Support and guide educational and residential staff, ensuring that therapeutic living and learning environments are maintained.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to foster staff development and uphold best practices in speech and language therapy.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, adjusting interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes.
