Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to join a growing independent paediatric therapy team spanning a specialist school and clinic setting in the London area (Wandsworth & Surbiton).

You will assess and deliver tailored interventions for children with diverse communication needs, with flexible working options and the possibility of full-time, part-time or term-time contracts. Salary up to £57,000 DOE and contract type (PAYE or Locum) offered.

An established independent paediatric therapy provider is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join its growing team, working across a specialist school and clinic setting.

You will work alongside skilled professionals, supporting children with a range of communication needs through assessments and tailored interventions.

The provider takes a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach, with opportunities to develop specialist interests and help shape a growing therapy service.

About You:

• HCPC registered with at least 2-3 years’ paediatric SaLT experience
• Interest in autism, SEMH and neurodiversity-affirming approaches, including Gestalt Language Processing.
• Experience with speech sound disorders, fluency and social communication needs.
• Confident managing an independent caseload and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
