Job summary

Experis in Derby is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join an established, hands-on team responsible for secure, on-premise environments, taking designs through build, configuration, deployment and ongoing improvement.

You will work across Windows Server, Active Directory and network services, with SC clearance preferred; regular onsite work in Derby with potential travel within the East Midlands.

Qualifications

• Genuine 3rd/4th line infrastructure engineering experience.
• Built and configured infrastructure rather than just supporting it.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DFS/DHCP/DNS, networking, and deployment of server/client apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Windows Server environments.
• Design and implement AD domains (multi-domain/forest).
• Deploy and manage server/client applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot Group Policy.
• Work across DFS, DHCP, DNS and networking.
